Sag tester (sagging test)

By applying paint at a certain film thickness and standing the test piece vertically, we will test whether the flow (sagging) of the paint occurs due to the thickness of the film.

The sag tester is designed to apply paint at a constant film thickness and to test whether sagging occurs due to the thickness of the film by standing the test piece vertically. The sag tester has five gaps, allowing coatings of different film thicknesses to be applied at once. It is made of stainless steel and has a total application width of approximately 110mm.
